• Fifteen years of experience with removal and cure of infected computers
• Once contact with EGIT Services is made, I will response as quickly as possible with collection of the computer in the Greater Bendigo area at a small cost, or alternatively, you are welcome to bring the computer to me if that is easier.
• I respect that the customer requires prompt repair and competitive prices therefore I will endeavor to have your computer repaired within a reasonable time frame. Usually within 48 hours.
• EGIT Services offers Professional, personal, friendly and confidential service.
  Customer satisfaction is paramount.

Unfortunately it is sometimes impossible to repair a computer due to various reasons, for example: Hard Drive failure or system crashes due to viruses or other unforeseen circumstances.

If this occurs, I am happy to reinstall your operating system. Any programs that are lost when this occurs will be the customers’ responsibility. I cannot be held responsible for programs or data that is lost when a virus destroys the computer’s hard drive or if the hard drive crashes.

• Preventative Maintenance:
  • Most customers will have vital data stored on their computers. This can be preserved by regularly backups and maintenance.
• Virus and Malware Removal
  • Internet convenience brings the problem of increased susceptibility to virus and malware programs.
  • I will remove virus and malware programs and also provide you with programs of your choice or free programs that I recommend to maintain a safe computer.
    
• Upgrades
  • Operating systems that are supported are: Windows 7, Vista, XP and Linux

Prices

• Extra programs or licence keys will be an additional cost depending on the software.
• 10% discount available to pension card holders who produce a valid concession card.

Repairs and Upgrades

• Virus Removal - $120
• System Restore - $100

• Software Installation - $30 per / hour
• Hardware Installation - $30 per / hour

Home Network

• Home Network Setup - $60
• Secure Home wireless Network - $50
  • Securing your Network ensures that neighbors or unauthorized people don't use your data allowance or peek at your network.
    
• VoIP Setup - $60
• Connection troubleshooting - $30 per / hour

Payments can be made either by cash at time of collection of the computer or via paypal or direct credit.
